Traditional Town Pub
The Queen’s Head is owned by Black Country Ales, and like all their pubs has a large selection of real ales. There are usually 3 of their own ales on tap along with 9 changing beers, often with a couple from Titanic Brewery.
The main part of the pub is a large single room, split into separate spaces and alcoves. There’s also a function room with its own skittle alley and a garden at the back.
Cold cobs are served all day, often supplemented by hot cobs, toasties and home made scotch eggs. There’s a weekly free cheese and cooked meat evening – just buy a drink from the bar.
Just a short walk down the road towards the town centre is the Royal Exchange, a Batham’s pub.
