The Ribs of Beef sits in an enticing location on the River Wensum right next to Fye Bridge. There’s a long patio right next to the river which is well used on a summer’s day. Beer writer and Norwich resident Pete Brown calls it his “afternoon office”.
The four regular cask ales include Woodforde’s Wherry and Oakham Citra and the five guest beers are from right across the country. Food is pizza, served lunchtimes and evenings and there’s a roast on the last Sunday of the month. Also on Sundays is a live band from 5pm.
